Road Trip

I'm in a car, that's clearly not made to hold five large adults and a car seat, on my way to a bar.

I'm such a great rhymer?

I've been thinking about depressing things this hour. Thanks to Brenna's biodad. It's not really his fault, but he started it. It wouldn't be such a big deal, but I'm already in self-harm mode, and throwing on being sad is going to be a little tiresome. Fighting dumb urges takes a lot of dumb energy.

So anyway. According to my left arm, I should fight a little harder I guess.

I have not matched the socks. I am told by many that there is nothing wrong with that. So I'm in no hurry.

My daughter is crammed in the middle of the front seat wearing a Halloween mask.

My brother is wearing snow gloves. It's like 60 degrees.

My mom just said "If you're gonna lick it, lick it right."

And I shall leave you with that thought.

Enjoy.

Thursday. Could this be the day of matching socks?

I have 2 baskets of unmatched socks, and one more load to do. I am seriously considering leaving them unmatched, and letting everyone fend for themselves. But the OCD part of me is getting a little uneasy.

Oh. I see a spider. It must die. brb.

Alright, mission fairly accomplished. I also started more laundry. yes, more socks. I cleaned out the lint trap of the dryer. Feathers. Really?

Zac just left for work. I asked Chris what we were going to do all day. Apparently I will be catching a ball in a game he has cleverly entitled "Catch Ball".

I have one obligation today. It's to pay the car payment by 4pm. As close to 4pm as possible. The presssure is on.

I do enjoy snow

Until it's melty and there's water everywhere. Then it's really just a pain.

It's Saturday again. I deemed Saturdays laundry day, so I sort of feel obligated to get at least one load accomplished. I at least did the part of making myself a drink at noon though, so hypothetically the motivation would be there.

We are taking the girl child out for all she can eat shrimp. We promised we would 2.5 years ago. Better late than never, yes?

I am sitting in the car while Zac changes a tire, and my dad throw snowballs at my window.

The babyman is staying with grampa to go sledding. He told us he is going to teach grama how to ski. I'd like to watch that go down, but I'm opting to shovel down some pasta, and guzzle lobsteritas which I swear I only get for the tiny lobster necklaces.

I don't actually drink this much. So shut it.

I wasn't paying attention, but I just caught the end of Zac's story.. "and he almost lost 3 of his fingers". I sorta wish I had been paying attention cuz I love a good 'loss of limbs' tale.

And on that note, eveyone have a great weekend!

Crunchy

I ate a lot of crackers today. I can't be bothered to cook when I am the only one home.

And by "cook" I mean "microwave something".

So the crackers are gone now, and that's depressing. Or at least it would be if I wasn't on so much medication? tee hee.

The kids are home and asleep. One of them is even bathed. Zac's laundry is done. My night meds are taken. Fruit punch is made, and ready for my koolaid habit tomorrow.

Go me.

Saturday is laundry day. Apparently.

I get a lot more housework done when I start drinking at 1pm. Noted.

We decided to ditch the kids tonight, and work on our massive pile of alcohol we have left over from the pig roast.

And do laundry.
